Driving Licence – Full Competent Driving Licence (CDL). Provisional (P) licences are not accepted. 3. Proof of Address – Latest utility bill (electricity, water, etc.) showing the driver’s full name and residential address. ⸻ Required Documents for International Travelers (Approval Process) 1. Passport – Copy of the passport information page and the latest entry stamp into Malaysia. 2. Accommodation Proof – Hotel booking (with room details), rental agreement, or recent utility bill confirming place of stay during rental. 3. Driving Licence – Valid licence from the driver’s home country OR an International Driving Permit (IDP), with copies of both front and back in English.
